PAYMENTS: You understand and agree that you have committed to a subscription. And you agree to membership fees payable by you at the rate offered at purchase time every month. All full and partial payments are non-refundable. MEMBERSHIP: We have the discretion, acting reasonably, to accept or reject any membership application. All members must be 18 years old to sign up. Membership is based on monthly subscription fees. Membership or access to content areas will be suspended if payment is not received or declined. TERMINATION OR CANCELATION: Once you are a member of Fitness Shero you are entitled to remain a member until you or we terminate your membership in accordance with this clause. Member may terminate the membership at any time by advising us in writing via email or via self-cancellation. Termination of membership will NOT entitle the Member to a refund of any application fee.
